Array Innovation in Bahrain is seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer to lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications for banking and the public sector. This is a hands-on role with ownership from requirements through go-live and support.

You will architect solutions, write code, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with architects, BAs, QA and client stakeholders. OutSystems certifications and 5+ years of live delivery are required.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of hands-on delivery experience on live OutSystems projects.
At least one active OutSystems certification (Security Specialist or equivalent).
Experience delivering full application lifecycles on OutSystems, with demonstrable examples.
Strong command of OutSystems tools: Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, LifeTime.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent written and spoken English; ability to present to senior client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and deploy web and mobile applications on OutSystems 11.
Own solution architecture and module design following 4-Layer Canvas and reusable components.
Build and consume integrations with REST/SOAP, databases, and third-party systems.
Write efficient SQL, optimize queries, and ensure scalable performance.
Apply secure development practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Manage environments and releases through LifeTime and deployment pipelines.
Mentor mid-level and junior developers and review peers’ work.
