Array Innovation in Bahrain seeks a Senior OutSystems Developer to lead enterprise‑grade applications for banking and public sector clients. You will own architecture, write code, and drive production readiness from requirements through go‑live and support.

Requirements include 5+ years in live OutSystems delivery and at least one active OutSystems certification. You’ll collaborate with architects, BAs, QA, and client stakeholders in a fast‑paced, standards‑driven environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience on live OutSystems projects.
• At least one active OutSystems certification (Security Specialist is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong command of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, and LifeTime.
• Solid SQL and relational data modelling skills (SQL Server and/or Oracle).
• Experience building and debugging integrations with enterprise and legacy systems.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to present to senior client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy web and mobile applications on OutSystems 11 from requirements to production release.
• Own solution architecture and module design, applying OutSystems best practices.
• Build and consume integrations – REST and SOAP services, databases, and third‑party APIs.
• Write efficient data models and SQL; optimize queries and server actions for performance.
• Apply secure development practices: authentication, authorization, data protection.
• Manage environments and releases through LifeTime, including pipelines and impact analysis.
• Review peers' work, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Engage with client teams, run workshops, and translate business requirements into designs.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to reusable assets.
