Job summary

The 4 Point Management in Manama is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and enhance reliable web applications across the full stack. You will translate product and business needs into maintainable software and contribute to technical decisions.

You will design and implement frontend and backend features, APIs, data models, and services, review code, and help uphold architectural standards while delivering production-ready software on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency with at least one modern frontend framework and core HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Backend development experience with a contemporary programming language and web framework.
• Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs and work with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of authentication, security, and performance fundamentals.
• Experience writing tests, debugging complex issues, and using Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, code reviews, and cloud or container deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, clear technical communication, and collaboration.
• Ownership mindset and ability to deliver readable, maintainable code across frontend and backend.
