To support the implementation and maintenance of grooming and uniform standards across the organization. This includes assisting in the oversight of grooming policies, ensuring that employees adhere to these standards, managing training initiatives, and maintaining a professional image that aligns with the company’s brand and service expectations.
Main Duties
- Support the supervisor in enforcing company grooming policies and guidelines to maintain a professional and consistent corporate image.
- Perform routine checks to ensure employees comply with grooming and uniform standards, ensuring a polished and presentable workforce that meets company expectations.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating grooming workshops and refresher courses in collaboration with other departments to enhance employees’ awareness and adherence to grooming standards.
- Help review and update grooming policies based on industry trends and operational needs, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Address grooming-related concerns from employees by offering guidance and support, ensuring consistency while escalating significant issues to the supervisor when needed.
- Work closely with uniform suppliers and internal teams to ensure the timely availability and distribution of grooming-related materials, preventing any disruptions in uniform compliance.
- Participate in internal audits and assessments to evaluate grooming compliance, documenting findings to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to set standards.
- Keep accurate records of grooming compliance, training sessions, and employee feedback to provide management with insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Comply with Company's and airport authorities’ health, safety & security requirements.
- Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.
Education:
- A diploma in a relevant field, such as Hospitality, Human Resources, or Management.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in grooming, hospitality, or customer service.
Other Essential Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of grooming and uniform standards for a professional work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees across all levels.
- A good understanding of customer service standards.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
