Job summary

Yokogawa seeks a senior Multi-vendor Analyzer Contract Engineer to lead MAC/AMC services in oil & gas and refinery plants. You will deliver high-quality maintenance, troubleshooting, and project activities on diverse analyzer systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering.
9–12 years of experience in analyzer design, engineering, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
Experience with multi-vendor analyzer systems and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

Execute MAC/AMC analyzer service contracts, including turnaround, shutdown, and project-related activities.
Perform commissioning, start-up, FAT/SAT, and advanced troubleshooting of analyzer systems at site and factory.
Monitor, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot process analyzers (GC, gas, liquid, and specialty analyzers).
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve analyzer reliability and performance.
Review, recommend, and implement analyzer engineering design improvements and modifications.
Act as an expert in analyzer sample systems, including evaluation and upgrading of sample conditioning and recovery systems.
Develop, review, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and schedules.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for maintenance, commissioning, and emergency breakdown situations.
Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and Yokogawa affiliates for resolving complex technical issues.
