Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Service Engineer for their Bahrain office. The role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting medical equipment at customer sites, and leading technical support across the territory.

You will mentor Service Engineers, coordinate installations and service resources, ensure calibration and maintain documentation, and travel as needed. Fluent Arabic and English, Bahraini nationality preferred, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, electronics, electrical, mechanical engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years field service experience in medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer support.
• Driver’s license required.
• Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the Bahrain location.
