Job summary
Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a senior mechanical professional to perform field-based installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair across multiple sites.
The role demands hands-on experience with mechanical systems, rotating equipment and compressors, with a strong focus on safety and compliance. The successful candidate will coordinate with operations, engineering and HSE teams, participate in shutdowns and commissioning, and adhere to Enerflex policies while delivering quality technical
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- 8–10 years of hands-on maintenance on natural gas engines and reciprocating compressors.
- Experience in workshop overhauls of mechanical equipment and diesel engines.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals; familiarity with precision measurement instruments.
Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures and operational issues.
- Coordinate field activities with operations, engineering, maintenance and HSE teams.
- Support shutdowns, turnarounds and commissioning projects.
- Comply with Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and company policies.
