NTU International A/S is seeking a highly qualified Key Expert to design and implement evidence-based cancer prevention and early-detection programs for the Syrian Ministry of Health. The role covers national screening guidelines, clinical pathways, community awareness, training, and referral systems.

The candidate should have a Master’s in Public Health or a medical degree with oncology/public-health specialization, with proven experience in designing guidelines and multi-stakeholder processes.

Qualifikationen

• Master's in Public Health, Epidemiology, Preventive Medicine or related field.
• Medical degree with oncology or family medicine specialization is acceptable.
• Strong facilitation for multistakeholder consultations.
• Ability to turn epidemiological evidence into screening algorithms and indicators.
• Familiarity with health-promotion and behaviour-change approaches in cancer prevention.

Aufgaben

• Design or revise national cancer screening guidelines and clinical pathways.
• Develop community awareness and risk-communication strategies.
• Create training curricula and competency-based packages for health workers.
• Pilot cancer screening programmes and establish referral linkages.
• Work in post-conflict or fragile health systems is considered a strong asset.
