Job summary

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking a Senior Technician for the Engineering Department to maintain and repair existing equipment and perform preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma with desirably a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of hospitality engineering experience, with a strong focus on safety, reporting, and coordination across the engineering team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is essential.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance of equipment where you work.
• Order and replace correct spares for equipment.
• Complete the daily breakdown work orders.
• Report unsafe conditions to seniors and keep logbook updated.
• Maintain safe, tidy engineering areas and kitchen/laundry equipment.
• Attend guest complaints and coordinate with other departments.
• Track performance of electro-mechanical equipment and keep logs.
