Job summary

A consultancy firm specialized in architecture is seeking an experienced architect to manage the Design Studio. Responsibilities include overseeing architectural design, preparing conceptual and detailed designs, and managing design studio operations. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in architecture, have at least 12 years of experience in consultancy firms, and demonstrate exceptional management and communication skills, amidst fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years experience with consultancy firms in architecture.
• Proof of design of sizeable and distinguished projects.

Responsibilities

• In charge of architectural design.
• Manages design studio.
• Prepares conceptual design.
• Responsible for preparation of detailed design.
• Evaluates materials specification to be used.
• Prepares presentation drawings.
• Ensures that printing equipment are maintained and working efficiently.
• Prepares and attends meetings.
• Carries out site inspections as required.
