Job summary

tMart is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to coordinate forecasting of country-wide store demand and replenishment in a fast-growing cloud-store concept offering rapid delivery. You will ensure inventory availability, manage POs, and drive insights with dashboards to meet KPIs across regions, warehouses, and stores.

The role requires senior-level interaction, FMCG demand planning experience, and a proactive, analytical leader capable of guiding multi-team efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of FMCG experience in demand planning and replenishment.
• Experience interacting with senior-level executives and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and guiding cross-functional projects.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize forecasting demand for country stores and replenishment POs.
• Maintain stock availability across stores and warehouses in the region.
• Provide DP/replenishment insights and forecasts aligned with business plans.
• Lead system migrations and drive automation to reduce manual work.
• Create dashboards reporting progress on KPIs and stock levels.
• Guide country demand planners and cross-functional teams.
