Huxley Associates MENA has registered a new position that we would like to inform you about.

Position Details
  • Title: Senior Associate
  • Department: Energy & Commodities
  • Reporting to: Head of Energy & Commodities
Main Activities
  1. Develop and adjust pitching documents based on inputs from Senior Bankers, Senior RM, and Business Line.
  2. Gather relevant data from internal and external sources to develop pitching documents (industry data, financial elements, etc.).
  3. Interface directly with junior client contacts to collect specific data needed for pitches.
  4. Originate, coordinate, and support flow business on relationships for which the senior bank has primary responsibility.
  5. Coordinate day-to-day activities of Business Line resources.
  6. Gather and analyze client-related data to support the commercial strategy.
  7. Support Senior Bankers and Senior RMs in client marketing by providing analysis on client activity.
Duties
Qualitative
  • Prepare for client meetings with key targets.
  • Assist and follow up on flow business (Trade, Cash, Loan Book, Plan Vanilla FID).
  • Work on improving the quality of annual reviews.
  • Coordinate effectively with product teams.
Quantitative
  • Ensure timely MIS reporting, preparation of pitches, and credit requests.
  • Organize regular meetings with product teams and follow up accordingly.
  • Initiate Annual Reviews, including contributions from product teams, and produce relationship strategies based on portfolio and client analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date client information and monitor follow-up points.
Skills Requirements
  • Financial knowledge obtained through experience in the Energy, Metals & Mining sector.
  • Product experience in Fixed Income or Structured Finance.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in banking & finance or engineering preferred.
  • Arabic language skills are a major plus.
