Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree level education desirable.
• 7-9 years of leadership or senior management experience.
• Exposure to global business best practices in a multicultural, high-pressure environment.
• Strong ability to communicate across multiple channels internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a management and shift basis.
• Participate in daily operations, working shifts including weekends/holidays when required.
• Manage safety, security, compliance and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate VIP/MAAS, PRM and special guests requirements.
