GlobalProcure in Manama is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage all accounting operations and assist with financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and month-end close.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 5 years of experience in a senior role, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficient MS Office/QuickBooks. We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, visa sponsorship, and a round-trip ticket for candidates from any nationality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience; senior role preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist with tax preparation.
• Oversee month-end close and reconciliations.
• Train and supervise junior staff.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions.
