Job description

We have an urgent requirement for a Salesforce Business Analyst. B2B Sales and Order Automation experience is required for one of our Telecom clients in Bahrain.

Experience of minimum 5 years recent in Business Analyst Salesforce Experience (5 Years) is MUST to apply for this role.

Experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud in Telecom is a must.

Experience in automated order-to-cash in Telecom using Salesforce is MUST.

Experience on automated sales and order processes using Salesforce Flow or Process Builder is MUST.

Strong Telecom domain experience is highly required to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Product Expertise:
    Deep understanding of Salesforce Communications Cloud and its capabilities. Familiarity with other Salesforce products.
  • Telecom Industry B2B Sales Knowledge:
    Experience in the telecommunications sector, understanding its specific challenges and requirements related to B2B Sales & Order Automation.
  • Business Process Understanding, Automation & Optimization:
    Ability to analyze and document business processes and translate them into technical requirements. Strong experience in analyzing business processes (sales and order automation) and improving them through automation and Salesforce solutions.
  • B2B Sales & Order Automation:
    Expertise in automating the order-to-cash process, including quote generation, order management, contract lifecycle management, and invoicing.
  • Workflow Automation:
    Expertise in tools like Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, or custom automation for streamlining B2B sales processes, approval workflows, and order processing.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements. Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Solution Mapping:
    Ability to work with system integrators to ensure their solution aligns with the RFP and fulfills all requested capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams, technical teams, and system integrators. Ability to manage expectations and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking:
    Strong analytical skills to identify issues, analyze processes, and recommend solutions. Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
