Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  6. Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs and tenders.
  8. Negotiate and close deals with customers.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the logistics industry.
  2. Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  3. Strong understanding of the Bahrain logistics market, including industry trends and competitor activity.
