Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and rent out properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing the value of our properties to prospective buyers and renters.
  • Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients, especially for renting out flats and studios.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the company’s presence in the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and organize a comprehensive client database.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and rental targets set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales and renting facilities.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales and rental targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid real estate license is preferred.
