Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunitieswithin the events and exhibitions sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships withcorporate clients, government entities, associations, and event sponsors.
  • Meet and exceedsales targetsby securing new clients and maximizing revenue from existing clients.
  • Conductmarket researchto identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasivesales presentations and proposalstailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, includingevent planners, marketing, and operationsto ensure successful event execution.
  • Negotiatecontracts and pricingagreements while ensuring profitability.
  • Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in theCRM systemand provide sales reports to management.

Skills

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experiencein theevents, exhibitions, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability togenerate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Strong understanding ofevent planning, sponsorship sales, and exhibition booth sales.
  • Experience incorporate events, light shows, concerts, and exhibition theme conceptualization & booth/stand design.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, andpresentation skills.
  • Ability towork under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and CRM software.
  • Fluency inEnglish and Arabicis preferred.
  • Willingness to travel withinKSA and GCCfor client meetings and events.
