Mindrift is seeking skilled Full-Stack Web App Developers (JavaScript/TypeScript + Python or Node) to join the Tendem project and build interactive browser-based applications for real-world use cases.

This part-time remote freelance role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust web apps with modern frontend frameworks and backend APIs, including data persistence and AI/LLM integrations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant full-stack web development experience.
• +Bachelor's/Master's in CS/Engineering/IT is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build interactive web applications with frontend (React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte) and backend API (Python FastAPI/Flask or Node Express).
• Design and implement data models and persistence layers using SQL/NoSQL.
• Implement authentication, sessions, and basic RBAC where needed.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and AI/LLM services into product features.
• Manage state, input validation, and error/loading handling cleanly.
• Build Python tools/scripts for data processing or utilities.
• Review, debug, optimize, and refactor full‑stack apps for quality and security.
• Write clear, testable code and debug end-to-end across frontend/backend/db.
