Job summary

Mindrift is seeking skilled bot developers to join the Tendem project and build conversational bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and similar platforms. This part-time freelance role is remote and suited for professionals who can design, implement, and maintain production-ready bots.

You will work with messaging APIs, webhooks, and AI integrations to deliver reliable experiences for real users. Strong portfolio and English proficiency (B2+) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years backend/integration/bot development experience.
• Portfolio of produced bots required.
• Excellent English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Build bots for multiple messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack).
• Design conversational flows and fallback handling.
• Integrate bots with LLMs and external APIs.
• Handle webhooks, rate limits, and platform-specific formats.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and production reliability.
