Job summary

Mindrift invites professionals with a background in customer service or financial services to participate in project-based opportunities. The role is not permanent employment and is designed for part-time engagement, typically around 10–20 hours per week, with compensation up to $50 per hour depending on level and contribution.

Contributors select projects, complete defined tasks, and deliver QA-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, banking, retail, or financial services experience.
• Degree in finance, business administration, economics, communications, psychology, marketing, or related field.
• Current or recent experience in customer service or banking roles.
• Ability to read a fee schedule or policy document to identify applicable rules.
• QA analyst or call-center trainer background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate fee inquiry and statement scenarios verifying that fee amounts match schedules.
• Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with common fraud traps.
• Build card replacement and fraud claim scenarios testing workflow to disputes team.
• Author account closure scenarios testing retention offers and pending-transaction checks.
• Grade responses for factual accuracy and appropriate empathy and clarity.
