Job summary

Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) is seeking an Area Visual Merchandiser to lead in-store displays across multiple stores. You will ensure brand-aligned visuals, collaborate with store managers on promotions, and uphold company standards for all layouts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Visual Merchandising or related field and 2–3 years of retail merchandising experience. Strong design sense and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of visual merchandising experience in retail preferred.
• Experience managing projects across multiple locations or areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement in-store visual merchandising displays reflecting the brand and guidelines.
• Collaborate with store managers and sales to plan promotions, launches, and new arrivals.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed to maximize visibility and drive sales.
• Maintain brand consistency across all stores in the area and update displays per guidelines.
• Provide training and mentorship to store teams on display techniques and standards.
• Work with Sales & Marketing to align campaigns with promotions and holidays.
• Oversee inventory of display materials and ensure timely replenishment of visuals.
• Analyze sales and traffic data to optimize displays and space usage.
