Gulf Air seeks a Regional Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting activities for its outstations. You will drive internal controls, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and optimize cash flow and cost efficiency across multiple locations.

The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, governance experience, and leadership of geographically dispersed teams, delivering timely, accurate financial reporting and strategic financial support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent major; Master’s preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee finance and accounting activities across outstations to ensure high accounting standards and cost efficiency.
• Ensure internal controls and integrity of accounting processes, records, and reporting.
• Maintain accuracy of financial records including ledgers, payroll, assets and invoices.
• Review and improve financial policies and operating practices for governance and efficiency.
• Oversee supplier payments, payroll, and financial transactions per policies and authorities.
• Monitor disbursements, cash management and company funds across stations.
• Oversee revenue accounting, refunds, collections and related reporting.
• Repatriate funds and coordinate with banks and treasury on cash transfers and FX.
• Monitor petty cash and ensure compliance with policies.
• Review contracts with third parties to safeguard interests and ensure renewals.
