Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Head Office Accounts and Finance Department.
• Manage all accounting transactions in the region.
• Manage book keeping; office inventory, petty cash and proper daily closing.
• Coordinate approvals of Payments and Expense Requests.
• Process transactions and update ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Compute tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data for monthly closure.
• Prepare VAT calculations and file VAT Returns.
• File Customs Duties, Municipal Taxes, Social Insurance, etc. after approvals.
• Prepare general ledger and closing reports with detailed transaction data.
• Issue invoices to customers and follow up receivables.
• Reconcile bank transactions and prepare financial reports.
