Job Description
We are currently seeking a Public Area Attendant to join our vibrant team.
Role
As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a pristine and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. You will:
- Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restaurants, and restrooms, are spotless and well-maintained at all times.
- Take responsibility for cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in back-of-house areas to support overall hotel operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Work efficiently and as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
- An eye for detail
- Is a creative problem-solver
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
