Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of properties.
• Perform various repair tasks such as plumbing and electrical work.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance.
