Seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Bahrain to oversee refurbishment and fit-out projects for private healthcare facilities. This field-based role requires local travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate with local authorities, designers, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Lead teams, manage risks, and ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Relevant professional accreditation preferred (e.g., PMP, Bahrain Society of Engineers).
• Ideally 5-7 years' project management experience in Bahrain, in private healthcare construction.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain’s construction laws and permitting processes.
• Expertise in cost management, budgeting, and procurement.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Valid Bahrain driver’s license; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
