Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Pool Attendant to help maintain a safe and enjoyable pool area for guests in Manama. You will observe for hazards, assist guests, and ensure towels and deck cleanliness while upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents promptly, aiding injured guests until EMS arrives, and providing courteous service while following local safety policies.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Certification or training required by local/state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Observe swimming area for dangerous conditions and assist guests as needed.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until EMS arrival.
• Promote pool rules and a safe, relaxing atmosphere.
• Obtain, fold, and stack towels per procedures; clean pool deck.
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor; complete safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and guests; assist guests with disabilities.
