Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for concrete production equipment and plant utilities. You will lead engineers, technicians, and workshop staff to ensure maximum equipment availability and efficiency.

You will coordinate with Production and Factory Management to minimize downtime, manage spare parts, and drive cost-effective maintenance across PLC systems and automation equipment while upholding HSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical /Instrumentation engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs for all production machinery and plant utilities.
• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary maintenance team to ensure effective execution of activities and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate emergency breakdown maintenance to resolve electromechanical failures promptly.
• Oversee PLC systems, control panels, sensors and automated equipment to keep production lines running.
• Prepare maintenance schedules with Production and Factory Management to minimize production disruption.
• Manage spare parts procurement, inventory levels and annual maintenance budget while ensuring reliability.
• Drive cost-control, perform root cause analysis and implement improvements to reduce downtime and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and promote safe maintenance practices.
