Job summary

Mothercare Alshaya is seeking a part-time Visual Merchandiser in Bahrain to deliver and maintain high standards of in-store presentation. You will implement promotions, curate displays, and advise on layout decisions that align with brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail visual merchandising, strong planning skills, and a business-focused education. Arabic/English language proficiency is valued, with local market familiarity.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' retail visual merchandising experience.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to apply sound brand principles to projects and campaigns.
• Computer literate.
• A university level education in a business subject is preferred and qualifications in visual merchandising or art & design are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain exemplary standards of visual merchandising including promotion, recommendations and implementation.
• Work with Store Managers and their teams to lay out effective store and window displays within the brand guidelines.
