Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. You will maintain and enhance the visual appeal of our products across multiple retail locations, ensuring displays follow company guidelines and promotions.

Key duties include arranging attractive product displays, monitoring inventory, coordinating with store managers, and training staff on placement techniques. Accommodation is provided, and we hope to bring someone on board soon.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of merchandising or retail sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Display products attractively and according to guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Collaborate with store managers on displays and promotions.
• Visit stores to ensure merchandising standards.
• Develop new ways to showcase products and boost sales.
• Train store employees on product placement techniques.
• Report issues related to stock levels or placement to merchandising team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
