Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dar Kulaib. This role is suitable for individuals who have experience in construction management and are looking for a part-time opportunity. This position does not provide accommodation and is open to women candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Conduct site visits to assess work progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
• Review project contracts, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and budget updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
