Job summary

Flyper is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead on-site construction projects in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, proven management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is preferred. Competitive salary with accommodation is provided.

Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Dar Kulaib. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Oversee all construction activities on site and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
• Review and approve project designs, materials, and equipment to meet safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor project progress regularly and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks or issues that may affect the project timeline or budget and develop solutions.
• Manage construction team members, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the construction process.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress reports, change orders, etc.

Requirements

Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation)
