Job summary

VAM Systems is seeking a Team Lead - ib/MB (Outsystems) for our Bahrain operations. The role requires hands-on leadership in Outsystems development for web and mobile platforms, with strong SDLC awareness and banking domain knowledge.

Candidates should be proficient in CSS/HTML, databases, networking basics, and data formats like XML/JSON, as well as API testing tools such as SoapUI and Postman. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and drive successful

• Knowledge of application development using Outsystems Technologies for Web and Mobile and SDLC.
• Proficiency in CSS and HTML.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of basic Networking concepts.
• Experience building banking applications.
• Knowledge of XML & JSON.
• Familiarity with SoapUI, Postman and WebService development.
