Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Laborer Foreman to support the General Foreman in supervising labor crews and ensuring productive, safe, and cost-effective execution of work. This onsite role will require leadership to maintain structure and processes aligned with project objectives for NSA Bahrain in Manama.

The foreman will oversee productivity, quality, subcontractor performance, and cost control while coordinating with the project team to address issues and risks as they arise.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate work performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, design specifications, project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Communicate project status, issues, risks, and cost impacts to the General Foreman and project team, providing recommendations to support decision-making.
• Maintain short-term look-ahead plans and proactively address any deviations or challenges.
• Review and track cost and man-hour budgets for installation activities and develop equipment requirement plans in coordination with the General Foreman.
• Promote and enforce adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
