Qualifications

Candidates should have practical plumbing skills relevant to HVAC installations and maintenance.
Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills to schedule and perform routine inspections and servicing of HVAC equipment.
Candidates should possess knowledge of electricity and safe electrical practices for HVAC systems.
Candidates should be familiar with EPA or equivalent environmental standards and refrigerant handling guidelines.
Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical/Electrical fields.
Previous experience as an HVAC technician in residential or commercial properties is preferred.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, and to use diagnostic tools and basic computer systems.
Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and respond to urgent maintenance requests when required.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose system issues and perform preventive maintenance.
Check and adjust controls for energy efficiency.
Respond to service requests and coordinate with property management.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
