Job summary

Architype Architects in Bahrain is seeking a Civil Engineer for an on-site role to oversee construction projects, ensure works align with drawings, specs, and regulatory requirements, and support tender/documentation efforts.

The candidate should have strong site supervision and project management skills with a minimum of 4 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The position is full-time and in-person on site.

Qualifications

• Category B CRPEP registration is required.
• Strong site supervision and project management capabilities.
• Experience with reviewing drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction works across projects of various sizes.
• Monitor site progress, quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved documents.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to address technical and site-related issues.
• Review site works against approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Support the preparation and review of tender and construction documentation.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical correspondence when required.
• Follow up on authority requirements, quality control procedures, and site safety coordination.
• Provide technical and project management support throughout the construction stage.
