Job summary

Chalhoub Group in the Middle East is seeking a Store Manager to drive store performance, recruit and retain VIP customers, and lead the team in line with brand guidelines. You will manage omnichannel experiences, develop talent, and ensure operational excellence from stock to customer service, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory role in Beauty Retail.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, communicate brand values to customers and team.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to hit sales targets/KPIs.
• Manage customer database to build loyalty and future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, share feedback with back-office and stakeholders.
• Lead, recruit, develop and retain strong talents within the team.
• Ensure policies and store operations are followed and compliant.
• Leverage omnichannel tools to support customer experience online/offline.
• Maintain stock, displays per VM guidelines and proper floor coverage.
