Job summary

Batelco by Beyon seeks an Information Security leader to supervise governance, risk management, and awareness initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate audits, vulnerability assessments, and regulatory compliance to safeguard CIA of information assets and ensure auditability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in computer/network security or systems administration.
• Experience in IT security within a Telco/PTT environment.
• Experience with IT security systems for large organizations.
• Fluency with a wide range of desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO to prepare IT security strategies ensuring regulatory and standards compliance.
• Monitor governance framework implementation and effectiveness across the organization.
• Oversee IT security risk management and review risk/asset registers.
• Ensure documentation maintenance (SoA, context, policies, guidelines).
• Lead information security initiatives (encryption, PKI, IDS, firewalls, DR).
• Review audit findings and provide business insights; ensure TRA ISO 27001 alignment.
• Monitor vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security logs.
