Job summary

FutureHire in Manama is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, while maintaining a clean and organized work area and handling cash transactions.

The ideal candidate has previous experience, knowledge of beans and latte art, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods and latte art is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have own visa sponsorship not provided.
