Job summary

AquaNav in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Barista to join our growing team in Dar Kulaib. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies, while delivering excellent customer service.

Prior barista experience and knowledge of brewing methods are required; latte art is aPlus. The role demands efficiency in a fast-paced environment with cash handling responsibilities, and accommodation is provided for the right

We are in search of an experienced Barista to join our growing team in Dar Kulaib As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee tea and smoothies You must have prior experience working as a Barista with knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art skills The ideal candidate will also have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Ensure quality control by monitoring brewing equipment and ingredients
• Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers taking orders and answering any questions they may have
• Stock inventory of supplies and ingredients as needed
• Follow health codes and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Barista is required
• Knowledge of different brewing methods such as pour over French press etc
• Ability to create latte art is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately

Salary $1700 per month negotiable based on experience
