Job summary

Workato in Muharraq is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote our products and drive new business opportunities through outbound and network channels.

You will build and sustain strong relationships with customers, manage leads, and coordinate with teams to resolve issues, aiming for measurable sales growth in Bahrain.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through various channels.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
