Job summary

Pay10 Bahrain is seeking a skilled Flutter Mobile Developer to build secure, scalable mobile applications. You will work with Flutter/Dart, integrate REST APIs and native Android/iOS SDKs, and ensure robust mobile security.

The role requires 4–5 years of mobile development experience, hands-on Flutter expertise, and familiarity with fintech or banking apps. You will collaborate with backend, QA, and security teams to deliver high‑quality products.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional mobile development experience with strong hands-on Flutter/Dart expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture and state management such as BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, or equivalent.
• Experience with Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, iOS SDK, Swift/Objective-C, and native SDK integration.
• Strong experience with Flutter-to-native bridging and custom plugin development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build reusable components and follow scalable mobile architecture and clean coding practices.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, PKCE, JWT, and other backend services.
• Integrate third-party and native Android/iOS SDKs with Flutter.
• Develop and maintain native bridges/custom Flutter plugins using Platform Channels, MethodChannel, and EventChannel.
• Work with Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS when native development is required.
• Implement deep links, universal/app links, custom URL schemes, biometrics, secure storage, camera, QR scanning, and push notifications (FCM/APNs).
• Apply mobile security best practices including Keychain/Keystore, SSL/TLS, certificate pinning, secure token management, root/jailbreak detection, and data protection.

Job description

The Flutter Mobile Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter/Dart, API integrations, mobile security, and experience integrating native Android/iOS SDKs with Flutter.

Experience in FinTech, payments, KYC/eKYC, digital identity, or banking applications will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build reusable components and follow scalable mobile architecture and clean coding practices.

• Manage application builds, signing, environments/flavors, and releases through Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, security, and product teams.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of professional mobile development experience with strong hands-on Flutter/Dart expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture and state management such as BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, or equivalent.
• Experience with Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, iOS SDK, Swift/Objective-C, and native SDK integration.
• Strong experience with Flutter-to-native bridging and custom plugin development.
• Experience with Firebase, FCM, APNs, Crashlytics, Git, CI/CD, Android Studio, Xcode, Gradle, and CocoaPods/SPM.
• Good understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, mobile security, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience deploying and supporting production applications on both Android and iOS.

Preferred Experience

Experience in FinTech, digital wallets, payments, remittance, banking, or other regulated financial applications is preferred.

Hands-on experience with KYC/eKYC and digital identity solutions, including identity SDK integration, document/ID verification, OCR, NFC, facial recognition, liveness detection, biometric verification, and secure handling of customer PII, will be considered a strong advantage.

Education: Minimum 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field from a recognized university.
