Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual presentation.
• Flexibility to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective product displays and promotional strategies.
• Visit assigned retail stores regularly to ensure displays meet company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales to ensure stock is available.
• Negotiate shelf space and placement with store managers to maximize visibility.
