Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in merchandising or a Merchandiser role.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Merchandiser in managing inventory levels to ensure optimum stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure that all products are accurately priced, labeled, and displayed according to company standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product display, stock levels, and sales trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions and sales strategies.
• Assist in the development of merchandising plans for new product launches.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all merchandise transactions, including purchases, returns, transfers, and adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on sales performance and inventory levels.
