Job summary

SecureLine is seeking a Merchandiser Assistant in Muharraq, Bahrain. You will support the merchandising team with product placement, displays and timely stocking to reflect current trends and customer needs.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and possess strong communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus; retail experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for fashion and trends
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of visual displays according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed
• Collaborate with buyers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of new products
• Conduct regular store walks to ensure proper placement and presentation of merchandise
• Help create eye-catching product presentations that drive sales
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into displays
• Support the merchandising team with any additional tasks as needed
