Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products in our store are visually appealing and well-stocked. You will work closely with the sales team to create displays that showcase our products and attract customers. Your attention to detail and creative eye will be crucial in maintaining our store's appearance and driving sales.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to determine product placement and display strategies
- Set up displays according to company guidelines and standards
- Ensure all products are properly stocked, labeled, and priced
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management
- Regularly clean and maintain displays to keep them looking fresh and appealing
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in merchandising or related field preferred
- 1+ year of experience as a merchandiser or similar role
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Creative eye for visual merchandising and display design
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays

Salary: $1400/month (without accommodation)
Location: Dar Kulaib (Preference for local candidates)
