Job summary

PrimeEstate in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to ensure compelling product displays and effective promotions across assigned stores.

You will visit retail locations regularly, manage displays, coordinate with store managers, track inventory, and support sales campaigns with strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; marketing/business field preferred.
• Previous merchandiser or retail sales experience preferred but not required.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most attractive and effective way possible.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to maintain product displays and ensure they meet company standards.
• Implement promotional strategies and ensure proper placement of new products.
• Monitor inventory levels at each store and communicate with management about any shortages or overstock.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to increase sales and improve product visibility.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing plans and promotions for specific products or campaigns.
• Track sales data and analyze performance of different products in various locations.
• Communicate any issues or concerns with product quality or availability to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a merchandiser or in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual presentation.
• Ability to build rapport with store managers and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
