Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Bahrain is seeking a Medical Representative to promote Hikma products to doctors and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through daily visits, strong product knowledge, and effective communication.

You will build relationships with customers, monitor market trends, and provide timely reports while adhering to SOPs and compliance. 1–2 years of relevant experience in Bahrain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience in Bahrain.
• Experience in dermatology and/or neurology.
• Experience in governmental sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct daily visits to healthcare professionals to promote products and achieve monthly targets.
• Assess patient and doctor needs to position each brand’s benefits accurately.
• Apply selling skills and cost-benefit analysis aligned with marketing messages.
• Maintain strong disease and product knowledge in the assigned therapy area.
• Build professional contacts through conferences and lectures.
• Log all sales activity and prepare business intelligence and market feedback reports.
