Job summary
DHL Express is seeking an Senior Operations Performance Analyst to drive operational analytics across the MEA Air Network. You will deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and transformative data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decisions.
The role entails partnering with aviation stakeholders, leading technical BI initiatives, and developing enterprise-wide KPI frameworks in a fast-paced, international environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in BI, data analytics, or performance reporting.
- Degree-level education relevant to analytics.
- Strong aviation operations and network performance experience.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, Cognos Analytics, Teradata, Snowflake, SQL, and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance reporting across MEA Air Network and drive KPI dashboards.
- Partner with aviation stakeholders to define KPIs and improvements.
- Design and manage API-based data integrations and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Develop predictive/prescriptive analytics for network performance and resource optimization.
- Lead data governance and data quality initiatives.
